Odds
How competitive pricing is across major sports and markets compared to the rest of the market.

Breadth and quality of slots, live dealer tables, and jackpot games where a casino product is offered.
Sports
Depth of sports and market coverage, including niche markets and in-play options.
Mobile
App availability, app store rating where published, and the quality of the mobile betting experience.
Customer Service
Support channels offered and how responsive they are.
Payments
Range of deposit and withdrawal methods, and any fees attached to them.
Withdrawal Speed
Typical time from withdrawal request to funds reflecting, as published by the operator.
Responsible Gambling
Availability of deposit limits, self-exclusion tools, and clear links to national support resources.
Overall score
A weighted average of the categories above, giving more weight to the areas that matter most for everyday use: bonuses, payments, and withdrawal speed.
