Editorial Policy
How we research and maintain every bookmaker listing on ClubPlay.
How we research
Every bonus, licence, deposit and withdrawal detail on ClubPlay is researched from public sources, including each operator's own site, provincial gambling board registers, and independent reporting, and cross-checked across more than one source before it's published.
When sources disagree
Bonus terms and licence numbers occasionally vary between sources, or change without notice. Where we can't confirm a figure with confidence, we leave it blank or flag it as unconfirmed rather than publish a guess. You'll see this noted directly on the relevant bookmaker page.
Independence from bookmakers
Bookmakers cannot pay for a better ranking, a higher rating, or placement in our “Editor's Choice” or featured sections. Commercial relationships are covered separately in How We Make Money, and don't influence how an operator is scored.
Star ratings, current status
The star ratings shown today are illustrative placeholders while we complete a full editorial review of every listed operator, using the categories described in our testing methodology. This page will be updated once that review is complete.
Spotted something wrong?
Terms and licensing details change. If you find something on ClubPlay that's out of date or incorrect, let us know and we'll verify and correct it.
